By accessing or using Locfly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Locfly is a SaaS platform that enables businesses and creators to generate AI video content and publish advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Ads API.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Locfly. By using our Service, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

Permitted Use

You may use Locfly to create and publish legitimate advertising campaigns, generate AI video content for commercial purposes, and manage your Meta advertising accounts.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Locfly to create misleading or fraudulent advertisements, violate Meta's Advertising Policies, infringe intellectual property rights, create discriminatory or harmful content, or attempt to circumvent our systems.

Meta Platform Rules

All campaigns published through Locfly must comply with Meta's Advertising Policies and Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your ads comply with these policies.

Ownership

AI-generated videos and content created through Locfly using your inputs are owned by you, subject to any third-party model licenses.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. Locfly does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

Input Content

By uploading images or other content to Locfly, you represent that you own or have the rights to use this content.

Authorization

By connecting your Meta account, you authorize Locfly to access and manage your Meta Ads account on your behalf, including creating campaigns, ad sets, and ads.

Compliance

Your use of Meta's services through Locfly is subject to Meta's Terms of Service. Locfly is not responsible for Meta's platform decisions, including account restrictions or campaign rejections.

Revocation

You may disconnect your Meta account at any time. This will prevent future campaign publishing but will not affect campaigns already published.

Plans

Locfly offers subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) with different features. Details are available at locfly.com/#pricing.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. A paid subscription is required to continue after the trial.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused time.

Locfly subscription fees cover platform access only. Ad spend on Meta is separate and billed directly by Meta to your payment method. Locfly is not responsible for Meta advertising costs.

Our IP

Locfly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Locfly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your IP

You retain ownership of your business content, brand assets, and original materials you upload to our platform.

No Guarantees

Locfly does not guarantee specific advertising results, campaign performance, or return on investment. We do not guarantee that campaigns will be approved by Meta.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Locfly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Effect

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
